Community Health of South Florida, Inc.(CHI), a not for profit health care organization has provided comprehensive primary and behavioral health care services for the residents of South Florida for 45 years. CHI delivered services to 74,323 patients in 2014.

 

Our Primary Care services include:

  • Routine checkups and immunizations (Child/adult)
  • Care for cold, flu, sore throat and fever
  • Care for arthritis, high blodd pressure, diabetes
  • Pre-natal and post-partum care
  • Lab, Dental, Vision and imaging services
  • Patient education
  • Pharmacy services including:
    • Discounted prescriptions
    • Over-the-counter medicine
    • Medication management

 

Our Behavioral Health services include:

  • Crisis Intervention and Detox (24 hours)
  • Individual Abuse (child/adult)

CHI has 11 state-of-the-art primary care centers, 2 urgent care centers, and provides school-based health care in 31 schools. It is also a Teaching Health Center.
