BENEFIT ENROLLMENT PROGRAM

Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI) offers Comprehensive Benefit Enrollment for Miami Dade Families. It is a project that assists low-income families with children to enroll in federally-funded assistance programs as well as other community-based support services. Through this program, Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI) helps close care gaps and reduce barriers for families. CHI recognizes that even if a family has health insurance there may be other obstacles, including transportation, nutrition, food, housing and much more. With the Benefit Enrollment Program, CHI partnered with The Children’s Trust to address these issues.
