Community Health of South Florida Inc. is a nonprofit health care organization  providing affordable quality primary and behavioral health care services to the  residents of rapidly growing South Florida. CHI operates 10 state-of-the-art primary care centers and 42 school-based programs. All centers offer quality comprehensive primary and behavioral health care services. Our physicians are board certified or board eligible. Additionally, CHI is accredited by the Joint Commission. CHI offers a "one-stop-shop" model where the organization and delivery of quality services are seamless, affordable, accessible and culturally sensitive. Our Primary Care services include: Routine checkups and immunizations (child/adult) Care for cold, flu, sore throat and fever Care for arthritis, high blood pressure, diabetes Pre-natal and post-partum care Lab, dental and imaging services Patient education Pharmacy services including discounted prescriptions and over-the-counter medicine as well as medication management. ** Please see the Primary Care and Additional Primary Care under Services for    more information.
Our Behavioral Health services include: • Crisis Intervention and Detox (24 hours)   • Individual and Group Counseling (child/adult)   • Substance Abuse (child/adult) • Day Services (adult – English/Spanish)   • HIV/AIDS Outreach Services • Social Services   • Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)
